SEPTEMBER AWARENESS The St Vincent de Paul Society in England and Wales has around 10,000 members who, last year, made over 500,000 visits to those in need. September is the SVP Awareness month and the theme this year is Happy Families. Finding, loving and serving God in our communities is fundamental to the Society’s work. A report on the local parish SVP will be available during the month.
