DEMENTIA Sabden Baptist Church is holding a ‘Dementia Friends’ evening on this Wednesday 23rd October at 7pm for 7.30pm start, aimed at helping carers of dementia sufferers. Open to all, the speakers are three women who all have first-hand experience of living with people with dementia. It is friendly and informal and will offer help and advice. Free admission, but there is an optional collection for the Alzheimer’s Society, and refreshments.
