Many of you will be aware that Love Clitheroe, a collective of local churches charities and The Grand Venue is holding an open-air event ‘Carols at the Castle’ Saturday 4th December 4.30pm. A wonderful opportunity to share the word of God with our community. In 2019 over 2000 people attended the event and approximately 300 New Testaments were given out. Good News for Everyone (formerly the Gideons) is providing New Testaments and Hope Magazines (St John’s Gospel and some Psalms) free of charge to distribute this year. Volunteers are needed to offer scriptures to people at the end of the event (approx 5.30pm). If you can help with this, please email Andrew Piercy at piercyfamily1987@hotmail.co.uk
