Family Fast Day is Friday 11 March.  Join in with your parish, friends and family. By eating simply and giving what you save, you’ll be helping Lombeh this Lent.  Because no child should go hungry. During Lent, each time you resist a treat or give up something, please put the money you save in the CAFOD Family Fast Day envelope and then return the envelope at Easter? We will distribute the Family Fast Day envelopes this weekend.  However we ask that you keep your envelope throughout Lent and return the on Easter Sunday.  This Lent, try to live simply so that others may simply live.
